- Area Wage Determination Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. AG-82D7-S-12-0022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561110 with a size standard of $7.0 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business. CONTRACT: Administrative Support Services for the White River National Forest Supervisor's Office, White River National Glenwood Springs, CO. Line Item 0001 Base Period of Performance QTY: 03 Months, UNIT PRICE: _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: ________________. Period of Performance: 01 February 2012 through 30 April 2012. Line Item 0002 OPTION PERIOD 001 QTY: 03 Months, UNIT PRICE: _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: ________________. Period of Performance: 01 May 2012 through 31 July 2012. Line Item 0003 OPTION PERIOD 0002 QTY: 03 Months, UNIT PRICE: _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: ________________. Period of Performance: 01 August 2012 through 30 October 2012. Line Item 0004 OPTION PERIOD 0003 QTY: 03 Months, UNIT PRICE: _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: ________________. Period of Performance: 01 November 2012 through 31 January 2013. Offerors shall include prices and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Only written responses will be considered. Offerors must address: - Proposed position from the area wage determination - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 2007 - Typing Speed Offerors failing to address these items will be considered non-responsive. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation lowest priced, technically acceptable with a neutral or positive past performance evaluation. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If additional information is required to support price reasonableness, each offeror may be required to provide a hard copy of their price break-down. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in the offerors quote being determined unacceptable.
