- Description WEAR PAD Nasco Aircraft Brake Inc (21849) P/N 44006 This is a Critical Application Item The NSN is 1630-01-027-9771, PR 0041838955. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The total quantity required is 2,927 packages (there are 100 each per package). FOB is Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Required delivery of the units is 180 days. The quantity variance is plus/minus zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. This solicitation is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement and Free Trade Agreements. Technical data is not available in DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
