- Notice of Intent to award sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island (Network Contracting Office 1 (New England) 650/90C) intends to negotiate and award a contract to Rose, Gary S & Associates, Chelmsford, MA (DUNS: 929103034) for research support described as follows: Vendor will serve as a co-investigator for a multi-year VA Rehabilitation Research and Development funded project titled "Supported Employment: Motivational Enhancement for Entry and Outcome (D7306R)" and will assist with the development of the motivational interviewing intervention and implementation fidelity monitoring. In addition, the vendor will be involved in the data analysis and write-up of the study. This position requires previous experience designing a motivational interviewing intervention for the VHA's Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) program in a randomized clinical trial and conducting fidelity monitoring of that intervention. The vendor possesses this specific experience which is essential to the successful completion of the contract. A five year indefinite delivery contract is under consideration the value of which shall not exceed $50,000.00. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements This notice contains information current through FAC 2005-54. The NAICS is 541712. The FSC/PSC is AN53. No solicitation will be posted to this site.
