- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W91243-12-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-54. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS Code 335311 with a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract for the following item: CLIN 0001, Liebert 120 KVS UPS, Model Number 38SA120A0100. A brand name justification is attached. This building has already been installed with Liebert and we need it guaranteed to talk to the entire system which is the reason for the brand name justification. The Government would need receipt of this UPS 45 days after receipt of contract. FOB Destination to Lincoln NE 68524. Freight is to be included in the pricing and not as a separate line item. Price and delivery time is very important on this item. The provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Needed to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price and delivery schedule is the evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. Offers are due no later than 10:00 am CST, Tuesday, January 12, 2012 at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Road, Lincoln, NE 68508. Offers may be faxed to 402-309-7549 or e-mailed to sandra.leach2@us.army.mil. Prospective vendors shall be CCR registered to be considered. All responsible quotes will be considered. Contract will also be set up to pay by Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
