- PR 0042226725 and PR 42240902. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0402, willbe solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 6230-01-589-4822, Light Kit, Weapons. This is a FMS requirement.This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source is CAGE 0BJZ8, P/N 20033-21. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Other than Full and Open Competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 600 each for PR 0042226725 and 1412 each for PR 0042240902 for a total quantity of 2012 each. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.Required delivery will be 110 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on December 20, 2011. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 20, 2011. The solicitation issue date is January 03, 2012. The closing date is January 17, 2012.
