- Description
- The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure closing agent services for the sale of HUD-owned single family (1-4 units) properties for the state of New Jersey; the performance period is one year with options for three (3) additional one year periods. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns only. The applicable NAICS code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices with size standard of $7.0 M. All interested parties should go directly to www.fbo.gov where this notice was published to download the solicitation; the Request for Proposal (RFP) containing all necessary information will be made available on the website on or after January 9, 2012. Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. Potential offerors who download the solicitation will not automatically receive any amendments; you are advised to check back with the FBO website frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to this solicitation. Any amendments (if issued) will be linked to the solicitation page and available for downloading on the FBO website. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria as set forth in the request for proposal which will consist of both technical and price in anticipation of a Best Value tradeoff award process. The resulting contract, if awarded, will be a firm fixed-price unit price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of a one year base period with three additional one year optional periods. You must be registered in the (CCR) Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
