- RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS Q - The input is 3 phase 120/220 400Hz, should the output be 3 phase also? A - Output is 1 phase 115 VAC 400Hz Q - Are the batteries part of the vendor supplied parts? Would hot swap battery modules be helpful? A - Batteries will be vendor supplied. Hot swap modules are not required, the output power is only being supplied to critical components. Q- What is the hold-up time a 3kw load? A - 3KVA for at least 5 minutes Q - Would you like a prioritized output in order to extend the life of certain items in the event of a power loss? A - No
