IAW QPL I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1/1648C NOT 1 REFNO DTD AMEND NR C DTD 06 OCT 02 TYPE NUMBER: 8660 I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-1M(2) SUP 1B BASIC DTD AMEND NR 2 DTD 06 OCT 02 TYPE NUMBER: 8660 Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement meaning it is not set aside for small business. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 1-350. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery schedule: 200 within 180 days, balance of 100 every 30 days thereafter. T he Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
