Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCA17, intends to award an anticipated Sole Source procurement contract to Uptime Institute Professional Services, LLC, 20 W 37th Street, 6th Floor, New York, New York 10018-7368, to provide construction document technical review assessment at 30%, 75% & 100% design milestones stages of the GSA/VA-AITC Generator/UPS project with regards to Concurrently Maintainability and Fault Tolerance compliance. The review assessment will verify design practices meeting required Tier III Levels. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330. This procurement will be processed under simplified acquisition procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely with within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
