- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is not a follow-on contract. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Installation Contracting Office Riley is performing market research for a construction requirement entitled: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for miscellaneous Construction Services on Fort Riley, Kansas. If this requirement is awarded; it will be awarded as a firm-fixed price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract with a one (1) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods. The primary type of work will include maintenance and repair of buildings under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $33.5 Million average annual revenue for the last three fiscal years. Work under the MATOC may include, but is not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, site-work, miscellaneous road work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build services and demolition. Individual task order amounts will vary and be competed amongst the awardees, the minimum range is $2,500.00. All interested SB concerns shall provide this office, in writing, a notice no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, Friday, December 9, 2011. Responses shall be provided in the format on the attached Sources Sought Request Form.
