- UPDATED: 30 NOV 2011: 1. The Government is extending the suspense for all recommendations, notices of inconsistencies, error identification, lack of clarity, and any other feedback to the above listed documents (posted on 17 Nov 2011) from 30 Nov 2011 to 9 Dec 2011. Please provide feedback via email to: ASC.WNS.KC46.ATS@wpafb.af.mil no later than 9 Dec 2011. 2. The Government is also extending the suspense for prime contractors planning to attend the KC-46 ATS Pre-Solicitation Conference from 23 Nov 2011 to 2 Dec 2011. The target audience for Pre-Solicitation is prime contractors. For prime contractors planning to attend who have already sent an email per the instruction above, please send a second email identifying the number of persons attending by 2 Dec 2011. For those prime contractors who have did not send an email but would like to attend, please send an email to include the number of persons attending by 2 Dec 2011. The government may invite contractors interested in sub-contracting opportunities only if the conference can accommodate it. For sub-contractors interested in attending, please send an email to: ASC.WNS.KC46.ATS@wpafb.af.mil including the number of persons to attend by 2 Dec 2011. Information concerning the conference to include sub-contractor participation will be provided when the KC-46 ATS DRAFT RFP is posted to FEDBIZOPPS.
