- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Dept. of VA, Denver CO to obtain the services for New Employee Orientation Course for less than 10 educators and trainers. The course should be 2 to 3, 7 hour course days, either all together or 2 days with a follow-up day. The services performed must also, meet the qualifications in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Department of Veteran Affairs (DOVA) regulations and policies. The contract will performed prior to June 30, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 541612 and size standard of $7M. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on approximately 5 Dec 2012. No paper copies will be issued. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The contractor's proposal shall include a price section and a technical section. The price section shall include the total cost for the entire course provided and be completed via the spreadsheet included in the solicitation. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. If the Government decides to award with discussions, you will be notified as soon as possible, and asked to provide additional information. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423 and all offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses may submit a proposal to be considered. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
