Description

This limited source justification is for the negotiation and issuance of a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule Task Order to acquire Aircraft Carrier and Navy Helicopter Air Combat Training System (ACTS) / Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness System Learning Management System (SHARP LMS) Support services, herein after known as �CARRIER / HELO ACTS / SHARP LMS Support, � in support of the Commander Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR PMA-205GT), Patuxent River, MD. It includes additional engineering, operational and customer support to a variety of Naval Aviation communities, including to crews flying Strike Fighter (VFA), Tactical Electronic Warfare (VAQ), Fleet Air Reconnaissance (VQ)and Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO/VQ[T]) aircraft. A Firm Fixed Price, GSA Task Order is contemplated for a six month period of performance.The proposed contractor is Innova Systems International, 2385 Northside Drive, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92108. This action is for a short term, continuation of essential services effort to contract number N0010409CQ144, with a period of performance through 30 November 2011 while a competitive action is being placed.
