- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the manufacture of MK 77 hardware in accordance with the following Indian Head drawings: 6373102, 6658798, 6658800, 6373131, 6373094, 7609596, 7609601, 7609614, 7609597, 7609598, 6373103, 6373100, 6373105, 6373104, 6373106, 6986752, 6986753, 6986754, and 7252029. The base year quantity requirement and delivery schedule will be detailed in the solicitation. This requirement contains two (2) Options with Step Ladder quantities ranging from 1-50 each to 251-300 each. The delivery schedule for the Options will be detailed in the forthcoming solicitation. Award will be based on technical, past performance, and price. The item(s) to be procured are set aside for small business proposals only. The NAICS Code is 332995 and the FSC Code is 1377 with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be available for downloading from the FedBizOpps website beginning approximately 2 January 2012. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and in the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) with the relevant NAICS code included on the offeror s company profile. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
