Description
This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government has a requirement for the design and fabrication of the Radiated Energy Tracking Sub-system. RETS shall consist of the hardware and software necessary to locate, track and measure the peaks of multiple, moving Radio Frequency (RF) beams simultaneously radiating from an Electronic Attack (EA) system or other RF system with similar performance. RETS shall measure power, polarization, and 3dB beam width of stationary or moving beams at multiple discrete locations within the large anechoic chamber across frequency shall be manufactured in accordance with NSWC Crane specification 802027379100. The required delivery date will be 545 days after award. Contractor will be required to possess a Secret Security clearance. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on Submit Bid does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. The POC is Ms. Kathy Gaither, Code CXMN WJ at Tel: (812)854-8482 or email kathy.gaither@navy.mil. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
