Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Seattle, Washington & Portland, OR intend to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to provide pharmaceuticals for the VAMC Pharmacy Department located at 1660 S Columbian Way, Seattle, WA & 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239. The Government is seeking to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a vendor who will compete for BPA Calls and can demonstrate capability of providing numerous pharmaceuticals. The Government intends to enter into a BPA for a five-year period. Pricing will be updated annually. A price schedule for the first year is attached. Responses will not be accepted after 8:00AM PST on November 30, 2011. Any vendor desiring to be considered for BPA award must submit their company's pricing schedule electronically to Traci.montero@va.gov. POC: Traci Montero (360) 852-9897. No telephone requests for information are accepted; all requests shall be done in writing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 325411.
