Description
NSN: 3110-01-056-1576. Bearing, Roller, Airframe, Source Control item in accordance with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation CAGE: 99167 Drawing and P/N: 5901014 Rev F and approved sources, SKF USA Inc., CAGE: 52676 and MPB Corporation CAGE: 78118. Configuration Control applies. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. The DFARS 225.7009 & 252.225-7016 Restriction Against the Acquisition of Foreign Ball and Roller Bearings applies to this item. No waiver is currently in place for this NSN. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) spanning five years. The guaranteed minimum is 180 EA for the base year only. Estimated annual demand is 360 EA, and the maximum annual contract quantity is 540 EA. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 219 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Possible stock delivery locations include any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about December 1, 2011 and close on or about January 3, 2012. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
