- Please review and respond. Draft Statement of Work. ***** THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.***** The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for contract Vocational Training Instructor in Horticulture to be performed for the Federal Correctional Institution located in McDowell, West Virginia. The Government is currently conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10 to determine interest and capability of potential sources to provide for this requirement. A "Market Research Questionnaire" and a draft Statement of Work are posted in addition to this notice. All interested sources, particularly small businesses, are encouraged to view the questionnaire and submit capability information for acquisition planning purposes. A solicitation for this requirement may or may not result in a contract award for service. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Proprietary information received should be marked appropriately. Deadline for submission of information is Wednesday, November 30, 2011. All responses should be either emailed to Bonnie Pannhoff at bpannhoff@bop.gov or faxed to 972-352-4545, Attn: Bonnie Pannhoff, Contracting Officer. Interested parties requiring additional information or clarification may submit written requests to bpannhoff@bop.gov.
