- REFERENCE SOLICITATION NUMBER SAQMMA12R0027 THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET-ASIDE FOR 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Firm must qualify under the Small Business Program as indicated in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19. The U.S. Department of State intends to acquire by contract document imaging and technical support in the automation of work processing and back-file conversion of official human resources records and information into electronic format using the ePower document imaging and workflow application. Task include document preparation, indexing and Imaging, quality assurance reviews, administrative support, electronic conversion and retirement of records and the conversion and operation and maintenance of new employee records into EHRI eOPF. A facility security clearance at the secret level is required for task performance. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 561410, with a Small Business Size Standard of 7 million. The contract will be a Performance Base, Price Trade Off contract; award will be best value single award for a base year and four option years. The RFP will be released on or about December 5, 2011. Please refer to the solicitation for all terms, conditions, requirements and etc. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in order to be considered for an award. As well as ensure that online representations and certifications are updated in ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov. Further information about registration can be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation documents will be provided. The solicitation and any applicable solicitation amendments will be available only at this URL.
