- Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT Project #0AK2079A General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alaska City: Anchorage Delineated Area: North: West 1st Avenue/Glenn Highway East: Muldoon Road South: O'Malley Road West: Sand Lake Road/Ted Stevens Int'l Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 42,169 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 48,494 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 125 Parking Spaces (Surface): 120 (commercially available) Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: 1 - 5 year option Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on and between no more that 3 floors, will contain laboratory space and must comply with high density floor load requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
