Description

RFQ, Fire Alarm Inspection and Testing Services Aleda E Lutz VAMC Saginaw 1500 Weiss St. Saginaw, MI 48602 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Aleda E. Lutz VAMC, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI intends to issue a Request for Quote to obtain fire alarm inspection and testing services for the 1500 Weiss Street location. This procurement is for Base Year 2012 with four Option Years. Contractor shall provide the VA with fire alarm inspection and testing services in accordance with all of the terms, conditions, provisions, and references of this solicitation. NAICS Code 561621/ $12.5 Million. This procurement is restricted to small business. This solicitation will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All Offerors MUST be registered and verified in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. Offers are due NLT November 30th @ 2:00PM EST. They may be faxed to 989-321-4957, emailed to roy.samsel@va.gov, or mailed to my attention at VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss, Saginaw, Michigan. Responses must include price schedule and completed reps and certs. All questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted via email to roy.samsel@va.gov.
