- Reference #: DHQCSD12MPI0007 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to IBM. to provide IBM Cognos maintenance renewal on already installed COGNOS software for a period of 10/1/2011-9/30/2012, for DISA CSD CD1232. IBM has proprietary rights to the IBM products associated with this acquisition requirement and has confirmed that they, as the original equipment manufacturer, is the only vendor capable of providing the support for the IBM products. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This notice of intent expires at 1pm CST on 9 NOV 11. Please contact nicole.schomaker@disa.mil with questions. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12.
