- ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.105 to The MathWorks Inc. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center, Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory require software updates, technical support, and license management for MATLAB License Maintenance Renewals to include: 80 MATLAB Maintenance, Simulink, Curve Fitting, Compiler, Control System Toolbox, Database Toolbox, Parallel Computing, MATLAB Builder EX, Spreadsheet Link EX, Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, Image Acquisition, Image Processing, Mapping Toolbox, Neural Network, Optimization, Signal Processing, Symbolic Math Toolbox, Statistic Toolbox, Wavelet Toolbox. The MathWorks is the manufacture of these software products and the sole provider of MATLAB maintenance service. This is not a request for a competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist listed below not later than 12:00 p.m. CST on 10 November 2011. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to joshua.r.marks@usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
