Description

Preventive Maintenance checks, services and repairs for NucliSENS Easy Mag DNA Extractor. The VA Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220 has a requirement for preventive maintenance checks, services and repairs for one each NucliSENS Easy MAG DNA Extractor manufactured by Biomerieux Inc. with all accessories including the computer and software. The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections. Services shall be performed in accordance with terms, conditions, in this statement of work and be incompliance with all manufacturer technical specifications and maintain the original equipment warranty. The contractor accepts responsibility for the NucliSENS Easy MAG DNA Extractor in �as is � condition and may inspect the equipment prior to submission of proposal or award of this contract. Upon award, the contractor assumes full responsibility for the terms and conditions of the contract. Equipment is located at the VA Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO.
