Description

The following is posted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2). SSC Atlantic awarded the subject order on a sole-source basis in accordancewith FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) as supported by the attached Justification andApproval (J&A) on 1 NOV 2011. Please see the attached J&A for details. Theaction resulted in a firm-fixed-price, commercial order against a contractawarded on GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70 to Vangent Incorporated. Theorder will be issued with a base period of one year, and three one-yearoptions. The estimated value of this acquisition including options is$962,285.60. This acquisition was for the annual renewal of Software Upgrades and TechnicalAssistance (SU/TA) for existing Vangent Enosis Enterprise license for serversthat currently operate in the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal TechnologyApplication (AHLTA) and Theatre Medical Information Program (TMIP) arena.This annual renewal of SU/TA is for upgrades, technical support, andtroubleshooting for Vangent server licenses that have already been purchasedunder a previous contract action. The applicable NAICS code for this action was 511210 with an associated sizestandard of $25.0M.
