Description
Statement of Work The Operational Contracting Division, Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Flight Tests Support in accordance with the Statement of Work. Prices quoted must be good for one year.. There will be no guaranteed minimum quantities purchased and the government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized calls placed against the resulting agreement. All contractors who provide offers must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). The BPA will be good for four years not to exceed $4.8 Million. You may register via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-866-606-8220. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488190, with small business size standard of $7.0 Million. Offerors will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. There will be no advance payments. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard.
