- Site Visit William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX 2 & 3 November 2011 2 November, 2011: Arriving at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC): Enter WBAMC from the Fred Wilson Gate for Base pass and security check. Due to the high number of vehicles entering this gate in the morning, please ensure adequate time. Be prepared to show valid state drivers license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Once entry is allowed you will have a visual of the hospital. Proceed to the parking lot and enter through the "Patio" entrance, 1st floor. All participants must proceed to the 3rd floor Provost Marshal's office to obtain a WBAMC visitor's badge (visitors are required to show a valid driver's license). After obtaining a badge, proceed to the main hospital loading dock, 1st floor to be transported to Bldg 11190, Room 221 Biggs Army Airfield. Conference will be held from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Lunch Participants will be transported back to the main hospital building from Biggs Army Airfield for lunch and may use the hospital dining facility also located on the 1st floor. Following the lunch break, participants will meet at 1:30 pm in Environmental Services, Room 1-243 for a guided tour of the main hospital building. 3 November, 2011: Outlying Buildings Site Visit: The Government will transport registered site visit participants on the scheduled day for the outlying building tour. Participants will meet on the 1st floor, main hospital building and proceed to the main hospital loading dock to board the bus at 8:00 am. *Only registered site visit participants will be permitted to attend site visits and must have a WBAMC visitor's badge. **The site visits involves extensive walking through multiple buildings, and participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to be safe and comfortable. Please indicate any special needs to Beatrice Fuller when requesting registration to ensure proper accommodations may be arranged. The following locations will be visited on 3 November 2011 from 8:00 am to 1200 pm and then 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. The Governemnt will return the site visit participants to the main Hospital for lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Bldg 11335 Biggs Field SFCC, Bldg 11334 Biggs Field Dental Clinic, Bldg 2496 Ft.
