Description

Statement of Work and Eval Info Audio Visual Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFQ) is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Subpart 13.5. Quote number RFQNW00061. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is a not small business set-aside. NAICS code 721110. This requirement is to acquire conference and meeting facilities in the Silver Spring, Maryland area as outlined in the attached SOW on Nov 16-17. This is a firm fixed price order. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Evaluation will be technically acceptable, low price, with acceptable past performance. Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer or be listed in https://orca.bpn.gov/. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable as follows; 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52217-8.
