- Solicitation Solicitation Number: AG-447U-S-11-0048 Notice Type: Solicitation Synopsis: Added: Oct 29, 2011 This is a Request for Proposals which will result in a performance based service contract for janitorial and trash collection/removal on the Charlton & Clearfork Recreation Area Sites on the Womble Ranger District. Ouachita National Forests, Arkansas for a base year plus 2option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15, million. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is Nov 8,2011. Award(s) will be made to the most highly ranked offeror(s) (1) whose total proposal is technically acceptable, has demonstrated past performance in meeting customer satisfaction, and (2) whose past performance and technical/cost relationship presents the BEST VALUE and is the most advantages to the Government.
