- This pre-solicitation notice is for a Yellow Ribbon event in Poconos, PA. The requested services include Lodging, meals, and conference space. The pending award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance of 10-13 Nov 2011. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, SIZE STANDARD OF $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 Nov 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular.
