Description

This Pre-Solicitation notice for survey repair/replace existing fire and smoke barrier material in walls for Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System at Little Rock and North Little Rock AR. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to survey, repair and replace existing fire and smoke barrier material in 2 hour, 1 hour and smoke walls of Buildings JLM and building 170. The dollar magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $33.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.ccr.gov; www.orca.bpn.gov; www.cpscontractor.nih.gov and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov/ Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as �Interested Vendor � at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.fedbizopps.gov �To Receive Notification � for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operation, including demolition and removal of existing structures; contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, materials and expertise necessary to construct a single-story warehouse building approximately 100 ft by 210 ft plan dimensions, per plans and specification at the Little Rock division of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The dollar magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $33.5 Million.
