PRON: AX0C0199AX, NSN: 6110-01-550-3663, P/N: 414ES249-1, NOUN: Panel, Protection, EL, Quantity: minimum 95 maximum 255 each five year IDIQ applicable to CH-47 (CHINOOK) Weapon System. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 95 each due 230 Days after contract award with delivery to Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company Cage Code 77272 and Goodrich Corporation Cage 3CPE0. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
