Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: Modification PC08 was issued to Contract No. GS02P09DTC0022, to The Fusco Corporation, 555 Long Wharf Drive, Ste. 14, New Haven, CT 06511 and was issued on September 28, 2010 for the following services in the amount of $1,299,428.00 as a Price to be Determined Later (PDL) modification: SCOPE OF WORK: Replace the Clemente Ruiz Nazario US Courthouse roofing and provide a complete new lighting protection system for the courthouse building. All work shall comply with the bridging design document requirement and it is the responsbility of the Contractor to incorporate all changes into as built drawings. Modification PC77 was issued to Contract No. GS02P09DTC0022 to the Fusco Corporation, 555 Long Wharf Drive, Ste. 14, New Haven, CT 06511 and was issued on September 8, 2011 for the following services in the amount of $2,025,099.00 as a Price to be Determined Later (PDL) modification: SCOPE OF WORK: Provide design and construction services for the partial reconfiguration of the swing spaces on the second and third floors of Degetau for a new tenant which will be identified in 2013. The design shall include schematic, design development and final construction documents submissions to GSA for review and comments.
