- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IN THE AREA OF NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City: Nashville Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of I-65 and Cumberland River, follow the Cumberland River east to Briley Parkway. Briley Parkway south to Hermitage Avenue/Lebanon Pike. East on Hermitage Avenue/Lebanon Pike to Donelson Pike. South on Donelson Pike through the airport to Murfreesboro Pike. Southeast on Murfreesboro Pike to Ezelle Pike. Ezelle Pike to Harding Place which becomes Battery Lane to Harding Place. Northeast on US 70S to West End to 440, North on 440 to 40. East on 40 to Dr Db Todd Jr. Blvd. North on Dr Db Todd Jr. Blvd (Clarksville Pike) to Cumberland River continued to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,063 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,516 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces Type (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): NA Parking Spaces (Reserved): NA Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 2 Years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for 29,063 ANSI/BOMA Sq. Ft at 233 Cumberland Bend Drive, Nashville, TN 37226 based on economical and mission related and other factors. The U.S. Government will relocate only if considerations of economic and other factors are supported including relocation and uplifting costs that are advantageous to the Government. All service, supplies, utilities, relocation IT and Tenant Improvement Costs are to be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
