Description
The Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is soliciting Sources Sought request for planning proposes only and does not constitute an Request for Quote, Invitation for Bids or a Request for Proposals. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this Sources Sought. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking interested Sources capable of providing UH-60L spare parts package for the Narcotics Affairs Section, Bogota, Colombia. The Narcotics Affairs Section, Bogota, Colombia has a critical requirement for UH-60L spare parts package to be shipped to Bogota, Colombia to be utilized by Colombian Counter-Narcotics Forces. The spare parts package shall consist of UH-60L spare parts e.g. UH-60 Main Rotor Blades, UH-60 Tail Rotor Blades, UH-60 Main Modules (transmission), UH-60 Input Modules, UH-60 HUBs, Yokes, Masts and Mast extensions, Servos, hydraulic Pumps, AC Generators, Engines General Electric T701C, Hydro Mechanical Unit (HMU), Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) among many others that could be found in the 1-1500-237-23P. Vendors who believe that they possess the capability and experience to fulfill this requirement are invited to submit technical and management capabilities, and experience addressing the above areas in writing. Please send responses via e-mail to SchoellkopfBJ@state.gov by the date and time specified. Please limit responses to no more than five (5) pages (size: 8.5" x 11", with 1" margins), using Times New Roman 12 pt font or equivalent. Also, include information such as: Company name, address, email, telephone number, points of contact, size of business pursuant to the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). To the maximum extent possible, please submit Non-Proprietary Information. Responses to this Sources Sought will not be returned nor will receipt be confirmed. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this Sources Sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
