REQUIREMENTS: 1. Two component resin injection pump and accessories, capable of pumping low (water) to high viscosity resins (gels and mastics) from low to high pressure: a. Comprised of 3 pump cylinders, 2 for resin/water and one for flushing the injection head. Flushing cylinder to be controlled separately that will prevent quick reaction grouts from plugging the injection head at a safe pressure level; b. Pump to be mounted on a stand that is 1) stable, 2) easy to transport, and 3) easy to move into areas that are difficult to access; c. Pneumatic operation, 16 cfm at 100 psi; d. Delivery rate variable from 0 to 3.2 minimum gpm; e. Adjustable operation discharge - 0 to 3000 psi, minimum; f. Air motor and valving designed so that mixing ratios are always maintained and to prevent resin components from intermixing; g. All metal pump components that come in contact with resin, except pump hoses and suction lines, to be manufactured from stainless steel that prevents corrosion of the cylinders, ball valves, check valves, siphon pipes, recirculation pipes, etc.; h. One regulator to control dispense pressure and one regulator to control flushing pump.Manufactured to be suitable for use with acrylate, polyacrylate, methacrylic acrylate copolymer and acrylic gels, as well as one and two component polyurethane resins. i. Accessories: 25 feet of Teflon lined hose suitable for 3000 psi pressure In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
