- IQC11276009009, NSN 6210-01-391-8518, IQC is for one base year and four option years covering Lighting Fixture, Proprietary to: Lumax Industries Inc, (CAGE 28932) P/N VT23248-E09SS-HP-D, data, drawings or specification relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. RFP is Unrestricted. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Surge is not required. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 3336. The GM for the Base year is 834 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 6672. Complete demands will be provided in solicitation.
