Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for mass notification services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award one contract as the result of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. M67001-12-Q-0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide the Government the following services: Contractor shall provide mass emergency notification services for Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective 04 August 2011 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20110819. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 517919 and 518210. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR will make a quoter ineligible for award or for any future awards. Information on registering in CCR may be obtained by calling (888)227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The service the contractor provides shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Required items and specifications are listed in Attachment #1 “ Statement of Work. The line items and estimated quantities are provided in the Schedule of Items section listed below. Technical Compliance: To ensure technical compliance: a.Description of provided service to address all technical capabilities listed under the Scope of Work. b.Include drawings, product literature, pictures, and description of all quoted items. c.Clearly state whether the quoter can meet the required delivery timeframe. Vendors who cannot begin service on 20 December 2011 will not be considered technically acceptable.
