- FY2012 BLM Consolidated Seed Buy #1. The Bureau of Land Management, Idaho (BLM) has a current requirement to purchase a total in excess of 250,000 pounds of various species and quantities of seed. Multiple receiving locations will be required in various BLM states. Request for Quotations, Commercial Item Buy, Full and Open competition. Multiple awards are anticipated. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted no later than 11/8/11. Please do not request information nor contact the contracting officer prior to the solicitation being posted.
