- INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT Consequential Management Support Center (CoMSUPCEN) National Guard Bureau (NGB) Previous Sources Sought #: COMSUPCEN The NGB will host an Industry Day on November 2, 2011 at 8:00 am through 3:00 pm (EST) to provide interested parties with additional information and solicit feedback with regard to the Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) draft PWS (attached). The purpose of Industry Day will be to present and discuss the Government's requirements. A quick walk through of the current CoMSUPCEN facility located at 5555 Rockwell Rd, Winchester, KY will be accomplished, as well as, a visit to the new location currently under development located at Bluegrass Station, KY, also located in Lexington, KY where a briefing and question/answer session will be conducted. The Government's intention is to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base and 2 (two) option years. Based on NGB market research conducted and information received from the previous sources sought posted on February 17, 2011 at Fedbizopps, the CoMSUPCEN requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted competitive requirement. Hence, IAW the draft PWS there are no known small businesses capable of performing this requirement under NAICS 541614 subject to FAR 52.219-14 limitations of subcontracting. All interested parties having information contrary to the Governments current market research may provide their questions or concerns prior to or during the industry day. Interested attendees must pre-register by e-mail to Ms. Linda Coleman at linda.r.coleman@us.army.mil. Please provide the individual's name, company, phone and e-mail address. Only two (2) seats per company will be reserved. The Government intends to publish a list of attendees to encourage subcontracting opportunities. For this purpose, please provide the name, phone number, and email address of your company. Registrations will be accepted until 3:00 pm (EST) on October 31, 2011. Questions regarding this requirement should be submitted in writing to Ms. Linda Coleman at linda.r.coleman@us.army.mil no later than 3:00 pm (EST) by October 31, 2011 in order to expedite security access to Bluegrass Station. All questions will be addressed at Industry Day. Attached to this document includes a copy of draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the effort and CoMSUPCEN Industry Day Slides which is scheduled to take place on November 2, 2011. The Government is currently in the planning stages for this procurement; and therefore will continue to modify the language within the PWS as necessary. Please note that the attached document does not represent a final PWS.
