- Attachment 1 - bldg specs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.302, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number F4AB001205A002 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311. The business size standard is 500 Employees. Contract Identification Line Item (CLINs) are identified below. CLIN 0001: Contractor shall provide one (1) Steel Building to be used in mixing Home Made Explosives (HME). Building must meet or exceed Naval Surface Weapon Center Specification 3046-93-1 and ATF requirements. The building shall meet the specifications in Attachment 1. EVALUATION FACTORS: IAW FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
