- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Polk will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) with intent to award a firm-fixed price 100% Small Business set-aside, non-personal contract for Portable Chemical Toilet (PCT) Services to be provided at JRTC Ops Group Intermediate Staging Base (ISB) at England Air Industrial Park, Alexandria, LA. The contractor shall provide all materials, personnel, equipment, management, supervision, and all other items and service necessary to perform the required service to the 140 PCTs owned by JRTC. The resulting contract will be for a 1 year base period of 01 November 2011 through 31 October 2012 and 2 Option years. The applicable NAICS code is 562991. Solicitation will be issued on or about 14 October 2011 with offer due date on or about 28 October 2011. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at: http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc in addition to ASFI as no paper copies will be issued. Quotes submitted via email are acceptable. Faxes are not authorized. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certification and Representation Application (ORCA). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures will be used for this procurement.
