- Description
- This requirement is for administrative support services at 242 various U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) locations. The contractor shall provide clerical support to include general office duties, such as preparation of correspondence and reports, establish and maintain files, answer telephones, and receive visitors. Normal work hours are not to exceed 30 hours per week. This requirement will be set-aside for 8(a) firms. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561110, with a size standard of $7.0M. This will be a fixed price contract. The contract period will be from 1 March 2012 through 28 Feb 2013 with two one-year option periods. The government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about 20 October 2011. It will be posted to the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled. All questions related to this notice must be submitted in writing and sent to Barbara Mattingly at barbara.mattingly@us.army.mil, facsimiles will not be accepted.
