Description

Construction: Construct a new wharehouse type facility, with associated inside rooms, eg, bathroom, offices, equipment storage areas, etc. Area is approximately 120'X40'. The project magnitude is $500,000 to $100,000,000 US Dollars. Estimated construction time is 180 days. NOTE: A presolicitation site visit is tentatively slated to be held starting at 730 a.m. local Belize time on 18 October 2011. Participants, must provide their own transporation to and from the site. The Government expects to convoy with potential contractor after meeting in front of the main entrance to the Radisson Hotel in Belize city, due to the distances involved it is expected the site survey will last most of the business day.
