Description

RFP Cheyenne Additional information regarding this opportunity, including the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the project websites: http://www.va.gov/ASSETMANAGEMENT/burr/cheyenne/rfp.asp. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has identified an approximate four (4) acre parcel of undeveloped land with at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming for a long-term ground lease up to 75 years. VA is soliciting qualified developers to submit proposals to finance, design, develop, construct, equip, furnish, manage and maintain a new Independent Senior Housing Facility on the VA Cheyenne campus. The VA objective is to provide safe affordable housing to the target population of senior Veterans. In return for a long-term lease, the offeror will provide fair monetary and/or in-kind consideration to VA that will include an array of on-site supportive services.
