- FA5685-12-Q-0001 SOW FA5685-12-Q-0001 MHE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5685-12-Q-0001. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside.. However, this acquisition is set-aside for Turkish business concerns. Due to established economic agreements between the United States Government and the Government of Turkey, the U.S. Air force intends to award this solicitation to a business concern within the country of Turkey. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 532490- Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 3:00PM Local Time, 11 Oct 2011. DESCRIPTION: Material Handling Equipment. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5685-12-Q-0001.
