- BSM PR 0043116327. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following: NSN 1680-01-412-3019, Belt, Aircraft Safety, IAW Conax Florida Company (CAGE 62323) part number 015-870180-3. The other approved source is Pacific Scientific Company (CAGE 45402) part number 0101989-07. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. This is a stock buy. Origin Inspection and Acceptance is required. Requested delivery is 180 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 24, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 23, 2011.
