THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR EITHER A QUOTE OR PROPOSAL, OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. THE INTENT OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL OFFERORS FOR THE WHITING FIELD BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (WFBOS) SERVICES AT THE NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) WHITING FIELD, FL, NAVY OUTLYING FIELDS AND OTHER OUTLYING AREAS. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of Small Businesses. The Government will use the pre-solicitation notice/sources sought responses along with other market research to make various determinations regarding procurement of the WFBOS services at NAS. The work includes, but is not limited to facilities management, facilities investment, family housing, pest control, grounds maintenance, other (swimming pools), street sweeping, electrical, gas, wastewater, water, environmental services, safety, and base support vehicles and equipment. The solicitation number for this procurement is N69450-12-R-7579.
