Description
This requirement willl be solicited as Brand Name or Equal. Total qunatity needed is 6 each. The Ship to Address for this solicitation will be Pakistan. This Medical Procurement Item Description covers the requirements for the Beckman Coulter P/N N3660200 - AU480 Chemistry Analyzer with ISE, 210 V. 2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS. 2.1. Shall be the Beckman Coulter P/N N3660200 - AU480 Chemistry Analyzer with ISE, 210 V or equal. 2.2. The analytical system shall be fully automated, random access chemistry system with STAT capability. 2.3. The analytical principle shall be spectrophotometry and potentiometry. Shall have the following Analytical types: Endpoint, rate, fixed point and indirect ISE. 2.3 Simultaneously processed analytes shall be 60 photometric tests+ 3 ISE, 120 pre-programmed on-board tests. 2.4. Shall have a throughput of 400 photometric tests/hour; maximum of 800 with ISE. 2.5. Shall have an ISE throughput of 200 samples/hr.Maximum test/hr 600 if ISE only. 2.6. Sample types shall include serum, plasma, urine, as well as others. 2.7. Sample feeder shall include racks with 10 samples each (barcodes on primary tubes and on racks); capacity of 80 samples; continuous loading. 2.8. Shall have primary and secondary tubes; diameter from 11.5 to 16 mm; height from 55 to 102 mm, nestled micro sample cups. 2.9. Shall have up to 22 positions for STAT samples via a cooled turntable, which has easy to operate interrupts between tests as well as auto repeat run capability. 2.10. Shall have a sample volume of 1-25 μl in 0.1 μl steps (1-25 μl for repeats). 2.11. Shall have a reagent capacity of 76 positions for (R1+R2, detergent position) capable of holding 15, 30 and 60ml bottles. 2.12. Reagent storage shall be refrigerated at (4 °C-12 °C). 2.13. Reagent volume shall be R1: 10-250 μl; R2: 10-250 μl; (in 1 μl increment). 2.14. Shall have a total reaction volume of 90-350 μl. 2.15. Shall have permanent glass cuvettes. 2.16. Shall have a reaction time of up to 8 minutes, 37.5 seconds. 2.17. Reaction incubation shall be 37 °C, dry bath. 2.18 Photometry system shall be direct assay through the reaction cuvette (0 - 3.0 OD) mono and bichromatic measurements possible. 2.19. Shall have 13 different wavelengths between 340 - 800 nm. 2.20. Shall have auto calibration, cooled calibrator positions; master calibration established by two-dimensional barcode. 2.21. Shall have auto quality control, and cooled quality control positions. 2.22. Shall have auto rerun and manual rerun, automatic sample increase, decrease or normal repeat, reflex testing. 2.23. Shall have a sample pre dilution ratio: fixed to 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 76 or 100. 2.24. Shall have an individual and profile test requisition via on-line, mouse, function keys and touch screen. 2.25. Sample integrity shall be Lipaemia, Haemolysis and Icterus analysis. Sample clot detection and probe crash protection. 2.26. Shall have full uni- and bidirectional communication via an RS232C interface. 2.27. Shall use Windows ® software 2.28. Dimensions shall be 57.1" W x 30" D x 47.5" H. 2.29. Acceptable power requirements shall be 100-240v; 60 Hz/ < 3.5 kVA. 2.30. Workmanship. The Chemistry Analyzer shall be free from defects which detract from its appearance or impairs its serviceability. 2.31. Unit. Each (EA), One Chemistry Analyzer as specified, constitutes one unit.
