- The ACC-APG, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with LECO Corporation, 3000 Lakeview Avenue, Saint Joseph, MI 49085. The contractor shall provide repair and maintenance on LECO Corporation instrumentation. The parts and processes associated with maintaining the instruments are proprietary to the manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 500 Employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Interested persons may identify their interest, IN WRITING ONLY, to the Government point of contact below. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 6 October 2011.
